What is PopCart?
PopCart™ is a scalable e-commerce platform designed to help anyone create and launch an online store quickly, even without technical expertise. PopCart™ provides curated product catalogues and handles the complex backend operations so you can focus on growing your business.
How quickly can I get my store up and running?
In most cases your customised online store will be deployed within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once your PopCart™ link is live.
What kinds of products can I sell?
We are currently focused on health and fitness products but are working with some incredible brands to expand our range.
Can I sell my own products on PopCart?
Yes! While we offer curated product catalogues to choose from, you can also sell your own products through the platform provided they meet our quality and stock requirements. Please contact our Partner Support Team for more information.
Do I need to buy stock as a seller?
Never. All inventory is managed within the PopCart™ fulfillment network.
How do I add products to my store?
To add new products please reach out to our team. We're currently working on self serve functionality which will be rolled out in the near future.
How do I get paid?
Poppas (PopCart™ store owners) will be paid monthly via bank transfer to your designated bank account. Full details are provided during the onboarding process.
How much can I customise my store’s appearance?
PopCart™ offers customisation options including your logos, colors, fonts, banners and other branding elements to make your store uniquely yours.
Can I track my sales?
Yep! Currently we provide regular reports via email but we are currently working on the ultimate Poppa dashboard for comprehensive analytics including sales data, customer insights, popular products, and performance metrics.
Do I need an ABN?
You do need an ABN to get paid. If you need help registering an ABN for the first time we can provide support.
Is PopCart a bit like Shopify or WooCommerce?
Yes and No. Yes, PopCart™ hosts your online store like these services. Unlike other e-commerce services, PopCart™ also takes care of payment gateways, order tracking, packing and sending products, dealing with returns and much much more.
Do you sell those wacky little monster dolls?
Absolutely not. You're thinking of POP-MART.
How does PopCart make money?
PopCart™ charges no upfronts fees or subscription fees but does takes a service fee on each sale. We never sell your personal data.
Is PopCart an Australian company?
